Delete your Daily Bite account

Effective date: September 14, 2026

You can delete your Daily Bite account and everything in it at any time. There is no support request to file and nobody to email first. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open Daily Bite
  2. Go to your profile and open Settings
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom
  4. Tap Delete to confirm

Your account and its data are removed straight away. You do not need to contact us and we do not review or delay the request.

Delete it by request

If you cannot get into the app, or you have already uninstalled it, email us from the address you signed up with:

dailybiteapp12@gmail.com

Put “Delete my account” in the subject line. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days. We only ask that you write from the email address on the account, so that nobody can delete someone else’s data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

We also ask RevenueCat, the service that manages Daily Bite Pro, to delete your subscriber record. If you signed in with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke Daily Bite’s access to your Apple ID.

Photos you import with the camera or from your photo library are never uploaded to your account. They are kept in the app’s temporary storage on your phone as the recipe’s picture, do not sync to other devices, and may be cleared by your phone. Uninstalling Daily Bite removes them.

What we keep, and why

A small amount of data survives account deletion: some because we are legally required to keep it, some because it is tied only to a random ID rather than to your name or email address, some because it was never linked to your app account, and some only until the team’s working copy is next rebuilt. That working copy includes your name, email address, and saved recipes until then.

The recipes in our own library are our original work and were never yours to begin with, so nothing there is affected.

⚠️ Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play rather than by us. Cancel it first, or you will keep being charged.
