Daily Bite Community Guidelines
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Daily Bite lets you choose to have a public profile and share plates (photos of food you cooked), reviews and comments with other cooks. These guidelines apply to everything you make public. They are part of our Terms of Service. OurPrivacy Policy explains what is public and what stays private.
Share what you really cooked
Plates are photos you took of food you made. No photos from the web, screenshots or other people’s pictures.
Credit the recipe. Daily Bite links every plate and review to its creator for you.
Be kind
No harassment, bullying, hate or threats. No comments about how someone looks.
Disagree about a recipe, not about a person.
Keep it safe
No nudity or sexual content, no violence or gore, nothing that puts a child at risk.
Don’t share anyone’s private information, yours included.
No spam
No ads, links, scams or the same comment again and again.
Health claims
Share how a recipe worked for you. Don’t give medical advice or promise weight loss.
What we do
Public photos are checked automatically before others see them, and comments that may be offensive are hidden for people who choose to hide them.
You can report anything from its ••• menu and block anyone. We review reports, remove what breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules can be removed without notice, and accounts that post it can be suspended or closed (see our Terms of Service).
You must be 13 or older (16 in some countries) to have a public profile.
